Marion Elizabeth Morrow and Steven Arthur Steckler Jr. were married Jan. 31, 2015, at 5 p.m. at The Ivy Venue in Flowood, with the Rev. Garvis Semore officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Morrow of Columbus. She is the granddaughter of James and Marion Meade of Starkville, Ed and Etta Kate Umfress, and the late John Marshall Morrow, all of Fulton. She was given in marriage by her father. She wore a strapless fit and flare Casablanca gown featuring layers of tulle and lace. Rhinestone beaded appliqués and tulle flowers accented the bodice. She carried a bouquet of blue hydrangea, white Eskimo roses, white ranunculus and lavender lizzy with crystal push pins. Sarah Mangum of Columbus served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Claire Morrow of Jackson, Tennessee, sister-in-law of the bride; Anna Kathryn McGill of Columbus; and Kate Hill of Jackson. Attendants wore strapless, long flowing periwinkle chiffon dresses and carried hand-tied bouquets of white hydrangea, Eskimo roses and white lisianthus with crystal push pins. The groom is the son of Mr. Steve Steckler of Carriere and Mrs. Sabrina Grow of Pearl River, Louisiana. He is the grandson of Mary Hornberger of Slidell, Louisiana, Bill Hornberger of Harvey, Louisiana, and the late Gilda and Arthur Steckler of Slidell. Groomsmen were Shane Steckler of Madison, brother of the groom; Skye Steckler of Carriere, brother of the groom; John Morrow of Jackson, brother of the bride; and David Morrow of Columbus, brother of the bride. Cooper Morrow, nephew of the bride, served as ring bearer. Following a wedding trip to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, the couple resides in Madison, where the groom is a graphic designer at Primos Hunting in Flora, and the bride is an exhibits coordinator with the Mississippi Children’s Museum in Jackson.
