Ivy Jean Fulton Hill, age 86, of Columbus, MS, passed away Friday, October 5, 2018, at North Mississippi Medical Center, Tupelo, MS. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, from 11:00 – 12:00 PM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel, Columbus, MS. A funeral service will follow on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at 12:00 PM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Raymond Spann officiation. Interment will be at Forest Cemetery, Ethelsville, AL with Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Ms. Hill was born on August 12, 1932, in Louisville, MS, to the late Ross Warren and Ruby Lona Ivy Fulton. She worked as a bookkeeper at Hills Electric and Plumbing Company for many years. Ms. Hill loved flowers and loved to garden. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Olyn R. Hill; and her grandson, Luke McKain Neyman. Ms. Hill is survived by her son, Olyn D. “Butch” Hill of Columbus, MS; daughter, Norma (Jerry) Neyman of Quitman, MS; 5 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Nathan Hill, Randall Hill, Jerry Neyman, Larry Manzolillo, Colin Russell and Chris Monahan. Honorary pallbearer will be Doug Hill.
